Seven low-side switches in one 16-SOIC
The Toshiba TBD62503AFG,EL packs seven independent N-channel low-side switches into a single 16-SOIC package. The inputs are inverting and the interface is simple On/Off logic — no external supply rail needed for the control side (Vcc/Vdd not required).
50V load rail and 300mA per channel — what that means on the board
The 50V max load voltage covers 12V and 24V industrial buses with margin, and handles 48V telecom rails as long as the load stays under 50V. The 300mA per-output current limit is per-channel — the total package dissipation depends on how many channels are on at once and the duty cycle. In a typical relay-driving application at 24V and 100mA per coil, the headroom is generous. The low-side configuration means the load connects between the positive supply and the switch drain; the switch sinks to ground when turned on. The 1:1 input-to-output ratio gives independent control of each channel.
Toshiba lists the TBD62503AFG,EL as an Active product. ROHS3 compliant.
