Seven Darlington outputs for relay and solenoid banks
The ULQ2004ADRG4 is a 7-channel Darlington transistor array from the ULx200xA series, designed to drive relays, solenoids, and other inductive loads. Each of the seven NPN low-side outputs can sink up to 500 mA continuously, with a maximum load voltage of 50 V. The inputs are inverting and accept parallel control signals. The part is housed in a 16-SOIC package (3.90 mm body width) and rated for -40°C to 85°C.
