32-channel power sequencing and supervision
The UCD90320UZWST is a 32-channel voltage sequencer and supervisor from Texas Instruments, packaged in a 169-ball NFBGA (12x12 mm). It monitors up to 32 independent voltage rails, sequencing them on and off in a programmed order during power-up and power-down. Each channel provides an open-drain or open-collector output with an active-low reset signal. The reset timeout is 250 ns typical, which is fast enough for most FPGA and processor core-rail sequencing requirements where the downstream device needs the reset released within a few hundred nanoseconds of the rail settling.
Package and board integration
Surface-mount assembly with standard lead-free reflow profiles applies. The package is ROHS3 compliant per, so no exemption declarations are needed for EU-market builds.
Sourcing and compliance
Available in Tape & Reel (TR) or Cut Tape (CT) options for pick-and-place volume or prototype runs.
