Single-channel isolated gate driver with 4.3 A peak drive
It provides 3000 Vrms galvanic isolation with a minimum common-mode transient immunity of 100 kV/µs, making it suited for driving medium-power MOSFETs and IGBTs in motor drives, solar inverters, and industrial power supplies. The 8-SOIC package keeps the footprint compact for space-constrained designs.
Switching speed and timing margin
Rise and fall times are 12 ns and 10 ns typical, with a maximum propagation delay of 72 ns (low-to-high) and 75 ns (high-to-low). Pulse-width distortion is held to 20 ns max. These numbers matter when driving the gate at frequencies above 100 kHz — the tight timing keeps dead-time budgets predictable and avoids shoot-through in half-bridge topologies.
The output supply range spans 13.2 V to 33 V, covering standard 15 V and 24 V gate-drive rails.
Lifecycle and compliance
It is ROHS3 compliant and holds safety approvals from CQC, CSA, UR, and VDE, which streamlines system-level certification for markets requiring these marks.
