Dual low-side driver with 4 A peak drive
The Texas Instruments UCC37325DGN is a dual low-side gate driver delivering 4 A peak source and 4 A peak sink current, with typical rise and fall times of 20 ns and 15 ns respectively. It drives both N-channel and P-channel MOSFETs from independent inverting or non-inverting inputs, covering a supply range of 4.5 V to 15 V.
