The UCC27324DR delivers 4A peak source and 4A peak sink current, enough to charge and discharge the gate capacitance of medium-power MOSFETs in tens of nanoseconds. That drive strength directly reduces switching losses in DC-DC converters, motor drives, and class-D audio amplifiers. It drives both N-channel and P-channel MOSFETs with non-inverting inputs on two independent channels. The supply range from 4.5V to 15V covers common 5V, 12V, and intermediate bus rails.

Fast switching with wide temperature margin
