9 A peak driver in a 3 mm × 3 mm footprint
The UCC27322QDGNRQ1 is a single-channel low-side MOSFET driver from Texas Instruments, rated for 9 A peak source and sink current. It drives N-channel or P-channel MOSFETs with a non-inverting input, delivering 20 ns typical rise and fall times into a 1 nF load.
The base product number is UCC27322; the Q variant adds AEC-Q100 screening and is listed in the same 8-HVSSOP package with exposed pad.
20 ns edges — switching loss and gate drive budget
The 20 ns rise and fall times (typical at 1 nF load) keep cross-conduction dead-time short in half-bridge topologies. At 500 kHz switching, the 20 ns edge contributes roughly 2 % duty-cycle uncertainty — acceptable for most motor-drive and DC-DC loops. The 9 A peak output drives a 100 nC gate charge in about 11 ns, so the limiting factor is the driver's own output impedance, not the current rating.
The device operates from 4 V to 15 V.

The 0.118-inch body pitch is standard for MSOP-8; the pad extends 2.3 mm × 2.3 mm underneath.
