The UCC27211ADRMR: Half-bridge gate driver for N-channel MOSFETs with 4A peak source and sink current and 7.2 ns rise, 5.5 ns fall times.

The high-side bootstrap supply is rated to 120 V maximum, which sets the ceiling on the DC bus voltage the driver can float above. For a 48 V or 72 V nominal bus this leaves comfortable margin; for a 100 V+ rail the designer must verify the bootstrap diode and capacitor ratings against the peak switching node voltage. The 8 V to 17 V supply range covers standard bias rails from 12 V to 15 V used in industrial and telecom power supplies.
