Half-bridge gate driver for 120 V bus rails
The Texas Instruments UCC27210DRMR is a high-frequency half-bridge gate driver designed to drive two N-channel MOSFETs in a synchronous buck, full-bridge, or LLC converter topology. It delivers 4 A peak source and 4 A peak sink current, with 7.2 ns typical rise time and 5.5 ns typical fall time — fast enough to charge and discharge the gate capacitance of medium-power MOSFETs without excessive cross-conduction.
Supply range and bootstrap ceiling
The bias supply range is 8 V to 17 V. The high-side bootstrap voltage is rated to 120 V maximum.
Logic thresholds and input type
The non-inverting input type means the output follows the input polarity. The package is 8-VSON (4x4).
