What this gate driver delivers
It delivers a 10 A peak output current, enough to drive large IGBT modules and SiC MOSFETs through their Miller plateau without an external booster stage. The 150 V/ns minimum common-mode transient immunity keeps the output clean when the power stage switches hard — a spec that matters in motor-drive and inverter designs where the ground plane jumps at every commutation. Output supply range is 13 V to 33 V. Propagation delay is 130 ns max symmetric; pulse-width distortion stays under 30 ns. UL and VDE approvals are listed; device is ROHS3 compliant.
Switching performance and timing budget
Rise and fall times are 33 ns and 27 ns typical; propagation delay is 130 ns max. Pulse-width distortion is 30 ns max.
The 16-SOIC wide-body package has a 7.50 mm width. Creepage supports the 5700 Vrms isolation rating.
