Fixed 3.3 V rail for up to 500 mA loads
It is built for surface-mount assembly in the SOT-223-4 package (TO-261-4 compatible), with an operating temperature range from 0°C to 125°C. That temperature grade covers most commercial and industrial indoor gear — think PLC analog front-ends, sensor transmitter boards, or the 3.3 V digital rail inside a motor drive control card.
Maximum dropout is 2 V at 350 mA load. The 80 dB PSRR at 120 Hz is the ripple-rejection figure that matters when this LDO is cleaning up a rectified line-frequency supply for an analog section.
Protection set and sourcing posture
Built-in over-current, over-temperature, and short-circuit protection mean this regulator can survive a momentary output short without latching off or failing. No external protection diode needed for most loads. There is no LTB notice — this is a current-production line you can commit to a BOM without obsolescence risk.
