AEC-Q100 Grade 1 — under-hood temperature profile
The TXU0304QWBQARQ1: A part that only meets Grade 2 (-40°C to 105°C) would derate above 105°C ambient; this one holds the full spec through 125°C.
Dual-supply range and bus compatibility
The 200 Mbps data rate supports SPI, I2C fast-mode plus, and UART buses at full speed — the limiting factor is the capacitive load on the trace, not the translator. Four bidirectional channels per circuit with tri-state outputs let the bus float when the translator is disabled — useful for shared buses where multiple peripherals contend for the same lines.
Wettable-flank QFN — AOI without X-ray
The 14-WFDFN exposed-pad package with wettable flanks means the side of the QFN terminal is plated — after reflow, an automated optical inspection (AOI) system sees a solder fillet on the flank, so you do not need X-ray to confirm the joint. The supplier device package is 14-WQFN (3x2.5 mm).
Compliance documentation
ROHS3 compliant — no exemption expiry concern for the product lifetime. Texas Instruments provides the standard compliance package: RoHS certificate of analysis, REACH SVHC declaration, and material declaration per IPC-1752.
