For designs that need 125°C or AEC-Q100 qualification, the CAXC4T774QBQBRQ1 (0.65 V minimum supply, 310 Mbps) is a different tier — the TXS0104ED stays in the industrial-comfort zone.
ROHS3 compliant. The SN74LXC2T45DTTR (420 Mbps, bidirectional, 2 channels) covers a different channel count and speed tier. Stick with the TXS0104ED for 4-channel bidirectional translation at 24 Mbps.
