RS-232 transceiver, 1/1 driver/receiver, 250 kbps

Supply voltage range of 3V to 5.5V allows operation from common 3.3V or 5V rails without an external regulator. The receiver hysteresis of 500 mV provides noise immunity on the RS-232 bus.
