2.5 V fixed LDO for noise-sensitive supply rails
The TPS7A2025PYCJR is a single-output, positive-voltage LDO regulator delivering a fixed 2.5 V at up to 300 mA. PSRR is 65 dB at 100 Hz rolling to 40 dB at 1 MHz.
Protection and control features for unattended gear
Built-in protection covers over-current, over-temperature, short-circuit, and under-voltage lockout (UVLO). The enable pin and soft-start are included — useful for sequencing multiple rails or limiting inrush into a capacitive load. The UVLO threshold prevents the output from turning on until the input is high enough to regulate, which avoids brown-out glitches on the downstream load. These features suit remote or always-on equipment where a fault must not latch the system into an unpowered state.
Temperature grade and deployment environment
Rated for a junction temperature range of -40 °C to 125 °C. The 300 mA output at high ambient temperature needs a thermal check against the power dissipation.
