What this LDO brings to a low-power rail
Its quiescent current is 300 nA.
PSRR and noise rejection in context
With 55 dB of power-supply rejection ratio at 1 kHz, this LDO attenuates ripple from a switching pre-regulator or a noisy digital rail. The protection suite covers over-current, over-temperature, and under-voltage lockout.
The part comes in a 4-X2SON package measuring 1 mm × 1 mm (supplier device package 4-X2SON). The exposed pad underneath must be soldered to the PCB ground plane for thermal relief.
If your line needs cut-tape or a smaller quantity for prototyping, the 'DGN' suffix variants cover those options.
