PSRR is 57 dB at 1 kHz, dropping to 35 dB at 1 MHz. If the 5 V rail comes from a switching converter switching at 400 kHz, expect about 40 dB of rejection at that frequency — enough to attenuate a 100 mV ripple to roughly 1 mV at the output. For noise-sensitive analog front-ends, a post-filter may still be needed above 1 MHz.
