Protection set and temperature grade
Over-current, over-temperature, reverse polarity, and under-voltage lockout (UVLO) are all built in. The reverse polarity protection is a real differentiator — it saves an external series diode and its associated dropout voltage, which matters when the input is close to the output headroom.
PSRR and quiescent current
PSRR is specified at 65 dB at 1 kHz. Quiescent current is 250 µA.
It is ROHS3 compliant.
