Processor PMIC with 32 µA quiescent current
The TPS659127YFFT is a Texas Instruments power-management IC designed for processor rails, drawing only 32 µA supply current — low enough to keep the always-on domain alive on a coin cell without draining the main battery. Its 1.8 V to 5.5 V input range covers single-cell Li-ion through 3.3 V and 5 V rails, so the same BOM line works across portable, industrial, and telecom power trees.
Industrial temperature and package constraints
The 81-DSBGA package measures 3.6x3.6 mm — a 0.4 mm pitch BGA that demands a 4-layer PCB for fan-out; two-layer boards will struggle to route the inner balls.
Texas Instruments is the sole manufacturer.
