AMOLED panel power — three rails from one IC
The Texas Instruments TPS65652RTET is a power-management IC purpose-built for AMOLED display applications. It takes a single input from 2.9V to 4.5V — a single-cell Li-ion battery or a 3.3V regulated bus — and generates the multiple output voltages an active-matrix OLED panel needs to bias the gate drivers, source drivers, and the OLED cathode. Three independent output channels let you supply the AVDD, VGH, and VGL rails (or a similar split) from one part, saving board space versus a discrete boost-plus-inverter solution. The 16-WQFN (3x3 mm) package with exposed pad keeps the thermal path short for the switching losses.
Input range and temperature grade
The 2.9V to 4.5V input window covers the full discharge curve of a Li-ion cell (4.2V down to ~3.0V) plus the common 3.3V regulated rail. The 3x3 mm footprint is compact enough for slim display driver boards.
No official successor or replacement has been issued because the part is still in the active portfolio.
