Dual 6 A / 3.5 A synchronous buck for point-of-load rails
Both outputs are independently programmable via external resistor dividers from 0.68 V up to 1.95 V, suiting core and I/O rails for SoCs, FPGAs, and DSPs that require sub-2 V supplies.
Switching frequency flexibility and synchronous rectification
Lower frequencies favour higher efficiency by reducing switching losses; higher frequencies shrink the inductor and output capacitor footprint. The synchronous rectifier (integrated low-side FET) improves efficiency at the sub-2 V output levels where a Schottky diode would dominate conduction losses.
