The TPS65261RHBT: The adjustable output drops as low as 0.6 V, so it handles modern low-voltage logic rails. Switching frequency is programmable from 250 kHz to 2 MHz — run it at 2 MHz to shrink the inductor and output caps, or drop to 250 kHz for better efficiency at light load.

ROHS3 compliant, so it ships without lead, mercury, or the other restricted substances under EU RoHS. The base product number is TPS65261; the RHBT suffix denotes the 32-VQFN package on tape-and-reel. Cut tape is also available for prototyping.
