Three adjustable rails from one 4.5–16V input
The TPS652510RHAR integrates three synchronous buck converters in a single 40-VFQFN (6x6 mm) package. Each output is adjustable from a 0.8V reference up to the input voltage. The 3A and 2A current ratings let you power a 3.3V MCU rail, a 1.8V I/O rail, and a 1.2V core rail from one IC. The 300 kHz to 2.2 MHz switching frequency gives flexibility to optimize inductor size against efficiency — run at 2.2 MHz for a small footprint, or drop to 300 kHz for higher efficiency at light load.
Industrial temperature range and package constraints
The 40-VFQFN (6x6 mm) package with exposed pad requires careful thermal and routing design for the three output rails.
