The TPS6521905RHBR: ROHS3 compliant.
Seven-rail power with integrated sequencing
This PMIC packs three synchronous step-down (buck) converters and four low-dropout linear regulators (LDOs) into a single package with exposed pad. The integrated sequencer controls power-up and power-down order — no external supervisor or CPLD needed for multi-rail SoC start-up. Input voltage range is 2.5V to 5.5V, covering standard 3.3V and 5V rails. The three buck converters share a fixed 2.3 MHz switching frequency, which keeps the inductor small enough for space-constrained designs.
Output current and voltage flexibility
Output 1 delivers up to 3.5 A with an adjustable range of 0.6V to 3.4V. Outputs 2 and 3 each deliver up to 2 A over the same voltage window. The four LDOs handle lower-current rails for analog or I/O supplies.
Package and mounting — thermal pad matters
Surface-mount only.
No single-source risk flagged — TI maintains multiple fabs for this node.
