Industrial temperature range — rated for the floor, not just the lab
Ten independent outputs let a single TPS6521815RSLR replace multiple discrete DDR termination regulators and sequencers. On a typical DDR3 or DDR4 memory array, you need VDDQ (main rail), VTT (termination), VREF (reference), and often a separate VPP for DDR4. This part consolidates those rails plus sequencing into one IC, reducing component count and PCB routing complexity. The trade-off: if you only need one or two DDR rails, a single-output part like the TPS53317RGBR or TPS51100DGQ may be simpler and cheaper — but for multi-rank or multi-channel memory subsystems, the 10-output integration saves board space and procurement lines.
If you are freezing a BOM for a production run, this part does not introduce lifecycle risk.
