Dual ±15V rail from a 2.7V–5.5V input
The TPS65130RGET generates a positive and a negative adjustable rail from a single input between 2.7V and 5.5V. The positive output goes up to 15V, the negative down to -15V — enough to bias an op-amp pair or an LCD panel from a Li-ion cell. Two internal switches each rated for 700mA. Because the part lacks synchronous rectification, expect slightly higher diode-drop losses at heavy load, but the 1.38MHz switching frequency keeps the inductor small.
Housed in a 24-VQFN with a 4x4mm exposed pad.
