Four-rail TFT bias in one IC
The TPS65100PWP from Texas Instruments is a power-management IC purpose-built for TFT LCD panels, integrating four regulated output rails from a single 2.7V to 5.8V input supply. It generates the gate-on, gate-off, source, and logic voltages needed to bias an active-matrix display, replacing a handful of discrete LDOs and charge-pump controllers with one 24-pin HTSSOP package.

The 2.7V to 5.8V input window accepts common Li-ion, 3.3V, or 5V system rails.
