PMIC for OMAP-based portable designs
The Texas Instruments TPS65054RSMTG4 is a power-management IC for Mobile/OMAP applications in a 32-VFQFN exposed-pad package.
Supply range and current draw
The 1.5V to 6V input covers single-cell Li-Ion through multi-cell alkaline or USB power, so the same BOM can serve battery-portable and line-powered OMAP designs. At 1.25mA supply current, the part keeps the idle power budget low for always-on handheld devices.
Package and rework considerations
The 32-VFQFN (4x4) exposed-pad package is supplied on Tape & Reel. Supplied on Tape & Reel (TR), it feeds directly into a pick-and-place line for volume assembly.
