2 A point-of-load in a 2.1×1.2 mm footprint
It packs this capability into a SOT-583 package measuring just 2.1 mm × 1.2 mm × 0.6 mm — a footprint that fits dense portable, IoT, and space-constrained embedded designs where a separate inductor-based converter would consume too much board area. The module includes remote on/off control via an active-high enable pin, making it straightforward to sequence power rails in multi-supply systems like wireless modules, sensor nodes, and battery-powered peripherals.
The adjustable output spans 1.2 V to 5.3 V, covering common core voltages for MCUs (1.2 V, 1.8 V, 3.3 V) and I/O or peripheral rails (3.3 V, 5.0 V). The 125°C junction ceiling provides headroom for self-heating at the full 2 A output in a small package.
