The TPS62933ODRLR is a synchronous buck regulator that accepts 3.8V to 30V input and delivers up to 3A continuous output, adjustable from 0.8V to 22V. For a 12V-to-3.3V conversion at 3A, the efficiency typically stays above 90% across most of the load range, which keeps the SOT-583 package within its thermal limits without forced airflow.
Switching frequency range and output adjustability
A 2.2 MHz setting shrinks the inductor to a 1 µH or 2.2 µH footprint, useful when board height is constrained. That tight reference tolerance keeps the output accurate enough for a 1.2V core rail without post-regulation.
The SOT-583 package is RoHS3 compliant, with no halogen or antimony declarations beyond the standard TI material disclosure.

The SOT-583 package is an 8-pin, 0.5 mm pitch, 1.6 mm × 1.6 mm body. The input capacitor should be placed within 2 mm of the VIN pin to minimise input ripple; the datasheet layout example uses a 10 µF X7R ceramic.
