Output range and thermal headroom
Output is adjustable from 0.6 V up to 5.5 V via a resistor divider — covers 1.2 V, 1.8 V, 3.3 V, and 5 V rails common in mixed-signal designs. The junction temperature rating extends to 150°C, which gives margin above the usual 85°C or 105°C ambient for enclosed or under-hood gear.

Package is SOT-583 — a 0.5 mm pitch, 8-pin DFN-style package. For rework, a hot-air station with a fine nozzle works; the small pad area means it reflows quickly, so keep the profile short to avoid lifting adjacent passives.
