Switching frequency and output range
Switching frequency is programmable from 1.8 MHz to 4 MHz, letting the designer choose between smaller inductors or better light-load efficiency. Output voltage adjusts from 0.6 V up to 5.5 V, covering core voltages for modern MCUs and FPGAs as well as legacy logic.
Temperature grade and package reality
