Switching at 1.5 MHz, it uses a fixed on-time control architecture to regulate an adjustable output down to 0.4 V (fixed 0.7 V option available). The 6-DSBGA package — 1.05 x 0.70 mm — is sized for space-constrained portable and IoT designs where board area is the primary constraint.
Output current and thermal budget
The 600 mA output rating is the continuous current the internal switches can deliver at the rated junction temperature.
No exposed thermal pad — all heat exits through the bumps into the PCB copper. Rework: the small body and low thermal mass mean it reflows quickly under hot air, but the 0.40 mm pitch demands a stencil aligned to the land pattern. Pre-bake at 125°C for 8 hours if the parts have been exposed to ambient humidity beyond the MSL floor life.
