6 MHz buck regulator for 1.2V rails up to 600 mA
The 6 MHz switching frequency allows the use of small, low-profile inductors and ceramic capacitors, making it suited for space-constrained portable and wireless applications.
Switching frequency and output current for compact power
At 6 MHz, the switching frequency is high enough to push the fundamental and its harmonics well above the AM radio band, reducing the risk of interference in sensitive RF front-ends. The 600 mA output current covers the needs of low-power MCUs, Bluetooth modules, and sensor nodes without the overhead of a larger regulator. The fixed 1.2V output simplifies the BOM for DDR memory termination or core logic rails that require a precise 1.2V supply.
Active production with ROHS3 compliance
It is ROHS3 compliant, meeting current environmental regulations for lead-free assembly.
