Dual output rail in a small 3x3 mm footprint
The TPS62420DRCR integrates two synchronous buck converters in a single 10-VSON (3x3 mm) package, delivering 600 mA on one channel and 1 A on the other from a 2.5 V to 6 V input rail.
Adjustable output down to 0.6 V
Both outputs are adjustable via external resistor dividers, with a minimum output of 0.6 V. That lets the part power a core rail alongside an I/O rail from the same input — common in dual-supply MCU and FPGA designs.
Thermal and layout note for the VSON package
Without it, the 1 A channel derates above 70°C ambient. The 0.5 mm pitch demands a soldermask-defined pad — standard for this package class.
