Dual 400 mA / 600 mA rails at 2.25 MHz
The 2.25 MHz switching frequency lets the designer use small 1 µH to 2.2 µH inductors and ceramic output capacitors, keeping the total power-stage footprint compact for space-constrained boards like wireless modules or portable instruments.
Output configuration and temperature range
Both outputs are positive and programmable via external resistor dividers, with a fixed-voltage option at 3.3 V on one channel.
Housed in a 10-VFDFN with exposed pad (10-VSON 3x3 mm), the part relies on the pad soldered to a PCB copper plane for heat sinking. The small 3x3 mm body fits tight layouts, but the thermal pad must connect to a ground plane with adequate via stitching to keep junction temperature within limits at full 1 A combined load.
