Package reality — DSBGA rework is not a parking-lot swap
You need a hot-air station or reflow oven, stencil, and a microscope to place it. No lab, no bench? This is not the part you swap on site. The tiny footprint saves board space, but plan for a controlled rework profile and a pre-bake if the parts have been sitting (MSL level is typically 1 for DSBGA, but verify the reel label).
TI lists the TPS62304YZDT as obsolete. New designs should avoid it. Confirm the date code and bake requirements before using a reel.
