Regulator selection note
The Texas Instruments TPS62262DDCT is a synchronous step-down (buck) regulator delivering a fixed 1.2 V output at up to 600 mA from a 2 V to 6 V input rail. The synchronous rectifier means no external Schottky diode is needed, keeping the BOM count low for point-of-load rails in portable or industrial gear.
What the 1.2 V fixed output and 600 mA rating mean for your rail
The fixed 1.2 V output is set internally — no feedback resistor divider, no adjustment. That is a fit-or-no-fit decision: if your load needs a different voltage, this part does not work.
It is not qualified to AEC-Q100, so it is not the pick for under-hood or chassis-domain automotive designs without additional screening. The operating range covers most commercial and light-industrial environments.
