Fixed 1.1V rail at 500 mA — what the specs mean for your BOM
The TPS622311DRYT is a synchronous step-down (buck) converter from Texas Instruments, delivering a fixed 1.1V output at up to 500 mA from a 2.05V to 6V input rail. Because the output is fixed, there's no feedback divider network to populate or trim — one less resistor pair on the BOM, and no tolerance stack-up on the setpoint.
Package and thermal — 6-UFDFN layout notes
The TPS622311DRYT comes in a 6-pin UFDFN package (supplier device package 6-SON, 1.45 mm x 1 mm). If your ambient is above 125°C, derate the output current per the datasheet thermal impedance curves.
For production builds, we can quote against your BOM quantity — confirm the annual volume and preferred date-code range, and we'll source through authorized distribution channels. Cut-tape quantities are also available for prototyping or low-volume runs.
