2.5 MHz switching in a 3×3 mm QFN — what it buys the board
The Texas Instruments TPS62150AQRGTRQ1 is a synchronous step-down buck converter from the Automotive DCS-Control™ family, qualified to AEC-Q100 for under-hood and cabin-domain electronics. The 2.5 MHz switching frequency lets you use a small inductor and ceramic output capacitors, shrinking the power stage into a 16-VFQFN package that sits on a 3×3 mm footprint.
1 A continuous output, adjustable from 0.9 V to 6 V
A single output rated at 1 A feeds post-regulation rails for MCUs, sensors, or transceivers.
