The TPS621361RGXR is a 4 A continuous-output, synchronous step-down buck regulator from Texas Instruments, switching at 1 MHz. The 11-VQFN-HR package (2x3 mm) keeps the footprint small for space-constrained power rails. Input range spans 3 V to 17 V, output is adjustable from 0.8 V up to 12 V. The integrated synchronous rectifier improves efficiency at low output voltages.
