800 mA buck with a 125°C junction ceiling
The junction temperature range extends to 125°C, so it fits into enclosed or warm environments like industrial sensor nodes or distributed power modules.
Input range and output rail — what to expect
The input range of 2.7V to 10V covers 3.3V and 5V intermediate buses as well as 9V rails from unregulated supplies. The output is fixed at 1.5V, so the part is a direct-fit for powering 1.5V logic cores or I/O banks without external resistor dividers. The single output is positive and rated for 800 mA continuous — enough for a small FPGA core, a wireless SoC, or a set of peripheral loads.
The synchronous rectifier integrated inside reduces external component count and improves efficiency, which is critical when the 125°C junction limit must be respected in a small package.
