600 mA fixed 3.3V buck in a 10-HVSSOP
The TPS62026DGQ is a 600 mA step-down converter with a fixed 3.3V output, switching at 1.25 MHz. It accepts an input rail from 2.5V up to 6V, so a 3.3V or 5V system bus is directly usable without an extra pre-regulator. The synchronous rectifier is integrated, which keeps the external BOM to the inductor, input/output capacitors, and feedback compensation — no external Schottky diode needed.
Input rail and load budget
Minimum input is 2.5V, maximum is 6V — the part runs from a single Li-ion cell (3.0–4.2V) or a regulated 5V rail without issue. The 600 mA output ceiling is the continuous rating; peak transients above that will trigger current limit. The 1.25 MHz switching frequency is a practical middle ground: it allows a 4.7 µH to 10 µH inductor in a small footprint while keeping ripple under 30 mVpp with a 10 µF ceramic output cap.
The 10-HVSSOP (3.00 mm × 3.00 mm body) has an exposed thermal pad on the bottom. The part is rated for continuous operation across that span.

For tape-and-reel quantities, verify the suffix variant before ordering.
