Boost regulator for small-panel LED backlights
The TPS61043DRBT is a DC-DC boost regulator for LED backlight strings. It integrates the switching FET internally, uses a fixed 16.9 V output, and supports PWM dimming.

The 1 MHz switching frequency suits a small inductor. The 8-SON package is surface-mount. At 60 mA per channel, power dissipation is modest.
Supply range and output compliance
The 16.9 V output is fixed. The 60 mA per channel is the current limit; actual LED current is set by the sense resistor.
The 8-SON (3x3 mm) package is surface-mount only — no through-hole option. ROHS3 compliance is current; no lead or halide exemptions to track for end-of-life reporting.
