The 28 V output ceiling covers series strings of up to six to eight white LEDs, depending on forward voltage. PWM dimming on the enable pin gives clean, flicker-free brightness control without pulling the output down.
The single-output boost topology with internal switch reduces external BOM count to one inductor, one diode, one capacitor, and a couple of resistors.
