The TPS54227DRCR: The 2 A continuous output is the thermal limit at the 10-VSON package with the exposed pad soldered to a ground plane. The 0.76 V minimum output means the regulator can power a 0.8 V DDR core or a 0.9 V FPGA VCCINT without a negative offset circuit.
