Single-channel voltage supervisor with 2.8V threshold
The TPS3899DL28DSER is a Texas Instruments voltage monitor IC that asserts a reset signal when the monitored supply drops below 2.8V. The active-low, open-drain output allows wired-OR connection with other reset sources. The 40µs typical reset timeout is short enough to avoid delaying system startup but long enough to debounce supply transients.
Industrial temperature range and small footprint
The 6-WSON package (1.5x1.5 mm) occupies minimal board area and is compatible with standard surface-mount assembly processes.
