Four-rail watchdog for automotive ECUs
It monitors four independent supply voltages with adjustable thresholds and a programmable reset timeout, making it a single-chip solution for multi-rail ECU supervision.
AEC-Q100 and 125°C — the under-hood envelope
The AEC-Q100 qualification covers the full automotive stress suite — the part is production-ready for tier-one PPAP submissions.
Four channels, one QFN — BOM consolidation
Four voltage monitors in a single 20-QFN (4x4 mm) package replace four single-channel supervisors, saving board area and reducing component count. The open-drain, active-low reset outputs can be wire-ORed for a common system reset line. Thresholds and reset timeout are adjustable via external resistor dividers and a capacitor, giving the designer flexibility to match the exact power-up sequencing and fault-window requirements of the target ECU.
