The TPS3851H30EQDRBRQ1: It monitors a single supply rail and asserts an active-low reset when the voltage drops below a 3 V threshold, holding the reset output for a minimum of 170 ms after the supply recovers. The open-drain output lets you pull up to a different voltage domain.
For current production builds this means no supply-chain disruption from a sudden discontinuation.
