0.4V threshold supervisor for low-voltage core rails
Its key differentiator is a 0.4V threshold voltage, making it suitable for monitoring the core voltage of modern FPGAs, SoCs, and low-power MCUs that operate below 1V. The open-drain, active-low output allows it to be wire-ORed with other reset or power-good signals in a system, simplifying the design of a unified reset tree. The reset timeout is adjustable/selectable via an external capacitor, giving the designer control over the power-up sequencing delay.
125°C operating range and VSON-10 package
The 3x3 mm footprint is compact, but the 0.50 mm pitch requires careful PCB layout for fan-out and routing.
